What is Aeterna1?

Aeterna1 is a platform built on the Syucai science: you run a calculation from your date of birth, buy services, courses and events from certified masters, and hold live-translated video sessions with them. The platform is the intermediary: the master delivers the service, and the platform takes on the payment, the translation and the technical side.

How do I sign up?

Start from the "Calculate" button: enter your first name, last name, gender and date of birth, then finish the account with an email and a password. You can also sign in with a Google account. Signing up takes a minute, and your first calculation opens right there.

What can I do for free?

Every account includes 3 free calculations: your Personality Number, your birth matrix and your personal cycles. You can create family profiles and spend those calculations on the people close to you as well. Browsing the catalogue, reading master profiles and starting a conversation with a master are free too.

What should I start with after signing up?

Look at your own calculation first: the results page shows your Personality Number, your matrix and your current personal cycles in one place. Then pick a master who suits you from the catalogue. If you have questions, message them first, then buy the service and choose a time for the session.

What is in my personal panel?

The panel holds your calculations, family profiles, purchases, bookings, courses, messages, notifications, calendar, referral link and settings. The overview page gathers what matters most on one screen: upcoming sessions, active orders and your latest calculations.

How do I change the site language?

Pick one of the available languages from the language selector in the top bar. The interface, the notifications and the translation of master texts switch over immediately. The choice is saved to your account, so the site opens in the same language on your other devices.

How many accounts can one person open?

Accepted Answer

One person may open one account only. You do not need a separate account for your family: you create family profiles inside the same account. Accounts opened with false details, or in someone else's name, are blocked.

What does the calculation give me?

It works out your Personality Number, your birth matrix and your personal cycles (personal year, month and day). The results page explains every section: what the numbers say, where your strengths are, and the rhythm of the current cycle.

How many free calculations are there?

Every account has 3 free calculations. The limit belongs to the account, not to a profile: you can spend all three on one profile, or on three different family profiles.

What happens when the free limit runs out?

Further calculations are bought one at a time, not as a subscription. The price is shown openly on the calculation page. Your earlier results stay where they are, and you can still open them after the limit is gone.

What if I enter the wrong date of birth?

The whole calculation is built on the date of birth, so a wrong date means a wrong result. You can correct the profile and calculate again, but that counts as a new calculation and comes out of your limit. Check the day.month.year order once before you save the date.

Can I run a calculation for my family?

Yes. In the "Profiles" section of the panel you create a family profile: a name and a date of birth are enough. Each profile gets its own result and all of them stay in your account. Calendar subscriptions are chosen profile by profile too.

Where are my results kept?

In the "My calculations" section of the panel, grouped profile by profile. Results are not deleted, so you can come back to them at any time. If you want to share a result, the page has a ready-made share card.

Do the results count as professional advice?

No. Calculations, calendar messages and a master's comments are for information only. They are not medical, legal or financial advice, and they do not replace professional help.

How do I find the right master for me?

The "Masters" catalogue has search and filters: the languages a master speaks, country, category, rating and "Online now" status. The profile page shows that master's services, prices, reviews and how fast they reply. You can also message them before you decide.

Are masters verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every application is reviewed together with the certificate documents, and a master appears in the catalogue only after approval. Nobody can sell a service on the platform without passing that check.

What if the master does not speak my language?

That is not a problem. In a conversation the master writes in their language and you read in yours; "View original" shows you the original text whenever you want it. In a video session live translation takes over: you speak your language, and the other side hears or reads it in theirs.

How is a rating built?

A review can only be written after a real purchase, so an invented rating is not possible. When the same customer buys from the same master again, their later reviews carry less weight, so one person cannot pull the score on their own.

What does "Online now" mean?

The master is on the platform at that moment and ready to talk straight away. Those masters show a "Talk now" option: you go into the session there and then, without choosing a time. The master turns that status on and off, so what you see in the catalogue is the real situation.

How do I save a master I like?

Press the "Add to favourites" button on the master's profile. The masters you add gather in the "Favorites" section of the panel. From there you can see whether they are online and go straight to the profile.

I want to become a master, how do I apply?

Accepted Answer

Master registration is not open to everyone: the link to the registration portal is sent to the candidate directly, and there is no route to that page from the site. If you are a certified Syucai master, write to us from the support section. Your enquiry is reviewed and, if you fit, the link is sent to you. Once the link arrives you fill in the wizard: profile, photo, certificate documents, languages and experience. You are notified of the outcome.

How do I book a session?

First you buy the master's service, then you pick a free time from their schedule. When the booking is confirmed, both sides get a notification. If the master is "Online now", there is also the option to go into a session immediately, without choosing a time.

Which time zone are the times shown in?

Accepted Answer

Always in yours. The master sets working hours in their own time zone, and you see the slots already converted to yours. Reminder notifications follow your time as well.

Will I get a reminder so I do not forget the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A reminder arrives 24 hours before the session and again 1 hour before it. Every notification also stays in the notification centre in your panel.

How do I join the session, do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

Nothing needs to be installed. At session time the "Join room" button on your order becomes active and the call opens straight in the browser. The browser will ask for camera and microphone permission. If you come in a little early, you wait on the waiting screen until the master arrives.

How does live translation work?

Accepted Answer

You speak your own language and the other side hears or reads it in theirs. Translation runs in real time throughout the session, and no separate interpreter is needed. When both people already speak the same language no translation is used, and those calls are always free.

Can I choose the translation mode?

Yes, you choose it during the session: subtitles on screen, spoken dubbing, both together, or the original audio only. You can switch mode in the middle of a session as well.

Do I pay separately for the translation?

Accepted Answer

No. As a customer you never pay extra for translation: it is part of the price of the service. Inside the platform a translated minute is called an Akreid (1 Akreid = 1 translated minute), and the master pays for it out of their own balance. When both people speak the same language no translation runs, and those calls are always free.

Do I get my money back if I cancel a session?

If more than 24 hours remain before the session, cancelling returns the payment in full. If less than 24 hours remain, the payment goes to the master, because that time was held for you and could not be given to anyone else.

What happens if the master does not turn up?

Accepted Answer

If the master cancels the session or does not turn up, the payment is ALWAYS returned in full. The 24-hour rule does not apply here. If that happens, write to support: the team checks the session records and closes the case.
