Refund Policy

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, the payment is refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, the payment goes to the master. A master may offer more generous cancellation terms on the service page.

If the master cancels the session or does not attend, the payment is always refunded in full.

There is no refund for a session that has already taken place. To cancel a package of sessions, write to the «Support» section.

You can return a digital product, a lesson recording or a video course within 24 hours of purchase from the «Orders» section.

A course bought as a gift cannot be returned once the recipient has accepted the gift.

Opened calculation results cannot be returned because they are delivered immediately.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the event starts, the price of your seat is refunded in full.

If the organiser cancels the event, the payment is refunded in full.

Nothing is charged during the 3-day free trial of the calendar. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If the card has already been used for another trial, no trial is given and the charge is taken immediately.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

There is no refund for a paid period that has already started, except where the law requires one.

You can cancel a paid calculation before you use it and get your money back.

You can cancel a physical product before the master confirms shipment. After you receive the product, your statutory right to cancel is protected.

Akreid packages and tips are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where a payment was taken by mistake.

Consumers living in the United Kingdom and in countries with similar laws usually have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days from the day the contract is made.

Digital content: at payment, you ask for access to start immediately and confirm that you thereby lose the right to cancel. This consent is sent to you by email in the order confirmation. Once access has started, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies, but the refund options above remain.

Services: if you ask for a service to start before the 14 days have passed and then cancel, you pay for the part provided up to that point. Once the service has been fully provided, the right to cancel ends.

To use the right to cancel, send a clear statement within 14 days to support@aeterna1.com or through the «Support» section. The money is refunded within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method and without any fee.

Model cancellation form (you do not have to use it): «To: AETERNA1 LTD, Suite 11210, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom, support@aeterna1.com. I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following digital content, service or product: [...]. Ordered on or received on: [...]. Name: [...]. Address: [...]. Date: [...].»

You can request a refund from the «Orders» section or through «Support».

The money is returned to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

In disputed cases, contact the «Support» section. We investigate on the basis of the escrow records and make a fair decision. Please contact us before opening a dispute through your bank.
