The Aeterna1 platform is operated by AETERNA1 LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 17456306. In these terms, «we» means AETERNA1 LTD.

The platform may only be used by people aged 18 or over. Your date of birth is checked when you register.

You must give accurate information when you register: first name, last name, gender, date of birth, the country you live in, your time zone and the languages you speak. You are responsible for keeping your account secure (protecting your password).

Each person may open only one account. Opening an account with false information or in someone else's name is prohibited.

Using the platform for unlawful purposes, insulting other users, sending spam and fraud are prohibited. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

You can close your account at any time in the settings.

Aeterna1 is an online platform built on the Syucai method. Here you can run calculations, buy services, products, courses and events from masters, hold sessions with live translation and subscribe to a personal calendar.

For every purchase on the platform, the seller and the party that accepts your payment is AETERNA1 LTD. Masters are independent specialists who are checked before they are accepted onto the platform. They create and deliver the services, courses and products, and each master is responsible for the content of what they offer.

The platform works in current web browsers and in the mobile app. Live sessions need a stable internet connection, a camera and a microphone.

Calculations, calendar messages and masters' advice are information for personal development based on the Syucai method. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, they do not replace professional help and they do not guarantee any result.

For decisions about your health, legal matters or finances, please consult a qualified professional.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price shown is the final price: no tax or extra fee is added to it. Your bank may charge its own fee for currency conversion.

This is how you order: you choose a product or service, check the amount on the payment page, agree to the terms and pay. You can go back from the payment page and change your choice. After payment, an order confirmation is sent to your email.

Payments are accepted and processed by Stripe. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

For a master's services and products, the payment is first held in a protected balance (escrow) and is released to the master after the service has been completed. If a dispute is opened, the money is held until a decision is made.

An Akreid is the platform's internal unit for live translation minutes: 1 Akreid = 1 translated minute. An Akreid is not money: it can only be used for translation within the platform and cannot be cashed out.

The language of the contract is the language you choose on the site: Azerbaijani, English, Russian, Turkish, German or Arabic.

The personal calendar is offered on 1, 6 or 12 month plans. On the 6 and 12 month plans, the price of the whole period is charged at the start of the period. Masters' subscriptions and memberships are offered at the price and for the period shown on their pages.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your card until you cancel it.

The 3-day free trial of the calendar is given once per profile and once per card. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the price of the plan you chose is charged automatically. If the card has already been used for another trial, the charge is taken immediately and you are notified.

You can cancel a subscription at any time in your panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.

The cancellation and refund conditions, the statutory right to cancel and a model cancellation form are set out on the «Refund Policy» page. That page forms part of these terms.

Masters apply to join the platform and start selling after approval. A master is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the services they provide and the materials they upload.

The platform takes a commission on every sale. The platform's share of each order is shown in the master's panel.

Masters are paid through Stripe or through other payment methods available in the master's country. For masters paid through Stripe, payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the «Stripe Services Agreement»). By accepting these terms or continuing to operate as a master, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement.

To receive payments through Stripe, you give us accurate and complete information about yourself and your business, and you authorise us to share it, together with transaction information, with Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Reviews, comments, messages and materials uploaded by masters must comply with the law and these terms. Unlawful content, insults, hate, incitement to violence, sharing other people's personal information and copyright infringement are prohibited.

A review can only be written after a real purchase. We do not allow fake reviews.

You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to display the content you post on the platform.

If you see unlawful or harmful content, report it to support@aeterna1.com or through the «Support» section. We review every report, remove unlawful content and may suspend an account that breaks the rules. If you disagree with our decision about your content, you can complain in the same way.

The platform's design, software, texts and content database are protected. Copying or distributing them without permission is prohibited.

Video courses and digital products are for personal use only. Sharing, broadcasting or reselling them is prohibited.

Materials on the Syucai methodology are protected by copyright.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Where possible, we give advance notice of planned technical interruptions.

We are not responsible for events outside our control (for example, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party services) or for indirect losses that could not have been foreseen.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud), and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

In a dispute with a master, we investigate on the basis of the escrow records and make a fair decision.

We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as changes in the law, in our services or in payment methods. We announce important changes on the platform before they take effect. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already paid for.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection given to you by the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts of the country where you live.
