Developing consciousness comes first
The institute's starting point is a simple one: a person's main work in this world is to develop their own consciousness, and everything else follows from that. Every programme is built on it.
How the training runs
Classes are held in person only, with the author of the methodology present. A course runs for 6 days, and the participants spend that time together in one place.

A pedagogical psychologist and professor of psychology, and executive director of the Syucai Training Institute. He has worked on the methodology for 15 years; his teacher is Baheti Makesibieke of China. He began in business and moved later to research and teaching.
