Sessions and translation
Time selection, 24-hour rule, refund conditions.
After purchasing the service, you select a free time slot from the master's calendar; the times are shown in your time zone.
When the reservation is confirmed, both parties are notified; reminders are sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the session, you will receive a full refund.
If less than 24 hours remain, the payment goes to the master.
If the master cancels the session or is a no-show, the fee is ALWAYS fully refunded.
Digital products can be returned within 24 hours of purchase; details are on the 'Return Policy' page.
