The message is delivered in your time zone, at a time of your choosing (standard 10:00 PM), and in your language.
Yes, there is a 3-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial.
The trial is granted once per account. When it ends, the plan you chose continues automatically, so cancel before the trial is over if you do not want it to.
There are 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans; the monthly price decreases as the term lengthens. Prices are shown on the calendar page and are the same everywhere.
